Any particular reason why I can no longer see the SDG troopers section?

id say more so a small error in adjusting your permissions after change in command.

I'd appreciated my access being rectified ASAP.

If I had the ability to do so I would.

Access re-instated - I don't know why but you lost some privileges. - It certainly wasn't intentional as far as I can see: the logs don't show any changes made since adjusting command positions.
As Mr Giant said: likely an unwanted side effect of modifying your permissions - you were at a higher level of access and something cascaded down. Sorry man.

Koodge should be able to fix your access once he sees this.
